We are becoming, learning, healing, growing, curious, exploring, evolving, seen, heard, layered.
Why Layered Health
One feeling. One story.
We are layered.
Layered Health was founded on the recognition that
we're all complex, layered people, and that through
therapy we can come to understand ourselves, heal,
and grow.
At Layered Health, you're met with non-judgment, a
space to collaborate in exploring your lived experiences
and perceptions, discern the meaning within them, and
integrate what you learn to live a more fulfilling life.
Who we serve
In particular, we're an affirming, identity-informed practice for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people, people of color, and members of all historically marginalized communities.
We recognize the many ways that our identities intersect and overlap, and acknowledge that culture, history, and society shape how we understand ourselves and how the world perceives us.
Care that recognizes, considers, and celebrates queer sexual and gender identities.
Care that's inclusive of both diagnosed and not diagnosed people that recognizes that some people's brains process, learn, and behave in a way that's different from what society considers typical.
Care that recognizes each person as the expert of their own identity and culture, meets the unfamiliar with curiosity, and aligns with their values.

Relationship therapy offers a space for you and your partner to identify your strengths and challenges, and to understand the patterns that shape how you relate to each other.
Explore relationship therapyOur therapeutic process
We look at what's there: the feelings, stories and patterns you bring into the room.
Then we look underneath it, and notice what each layer is holding and why.
You bring what you find back into your life,
so you can heal and grow.
